Apple blossom spritz

In the light of a late-spring Normandy afternoon, when apple trees are in bloom and the air carries a honeyed whisper, this glass captures that fleeting moment. The elegance of vermouth meets the orchard’s freshness and the heritage of Calvados.

  • 50 ml Calvados

  • 20 ml sweet vermouth

  • 10 ml orange liqueur

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Garnish: thin orange twist

The "Calvaspresso"

Cocktail11.png

When the orchard falls silent under moonlight and the café lights still hum softly, this is the drink that bridges both worlds — the rustic and the refined, the fruit and the roast.

Mix:

  • 45 ml Calvados

  • 30 ml freshly brewed espresso (hot or chilled)

  • 20 ml coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa or a small-batch craft version)

  • 10 ml simple syrup (or maple syrup for a deeper tone)

  • Optional: tiny pinch of sea salt to round the flavor

  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans resting on the foam

The "Norman harmony"

Cocktail12.png

In the orchards of Normandy, two spirits share a lineage — Calvados, the fiery heart distilled from apples, and Pommeau, the gentle cousin, sweet and patient from its union of juice and brandy. The Norman Harmony brings them together again, not as rivals but as lovers reunited.

Mix:

  • 40 ml Calvados

  • 30 ml Pommeau de Normandie (soon sold on this website!)

  • 60 ml apple juice

  • 5 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • Garnish: thin apple slice or a twist of lemon peel

The "Golden Orchard"

Cocktail13.png

In Normandy, the apple orchards hold the calm of tradition — but today, a breeze from the tropics drifts through. The Golden Orchard is where Calvados meets passion fruit: a bright, golden moment that feels like sunlight breaking through autumn clouds.
It’s a cocktail that bridges seasons — crisp apple from the north, exotic warmth from afar.

Mix:

  • 40 ml Calvados

  • 60 ml apple juice

  • 2 dash Passion fruit

  • Garnish: 8 mint leaves

The "Mojito"

Cocktail14.png

What happens when the spirit of Normandy takes a holiday in the Caribbean? A mojito reborn with Calvados.

Crisp apple replaces sugarcane’s sweetness, mint meets orchard dew, and lime brings the sunlight.
It’s the freshness of a summer morning in the fields, bottled and poured over ice.

Mix:

  • 50 ml Calvados

  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves

  • 20 ml fresh lime juice

  • 10 ml honey syrup (or simple syrup)

  • 60 ml sparkling apple cider (or soda water for a drier version)

  • Garnish: mint sprig + thin apple slice
