DELIVERY POLICY

1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver exclusively within England and Wales.
We do not ship to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or internationally.
2. Dispatch & Fulfilment
All products are stored and dispatched from:
London City Bond – Thurrock.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
3. Delivery Services & Times
Delivery is handled by trusted alcohol-licensed couriers. Typical delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delays due to courier capacity, weather, or seasonal peaks may occur.
4. Age Verification
The courier may request photographic ID to confirm the recipient is 18+.
Orders will not be left with minors or unattended.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival, please:

Photograph the damage immediately and notify us within 14 days.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns or refunds may be issued.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at contact@normansoul.com

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage where applicable.
2. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we can only accept returns if:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.
